Brussels, 20/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 20 August, the European Commission authorised plans by Volkswagen AG and Fleet Investments BV to take joint control of LeasePlan Corporation. Fleet Investments is an investment company belonging to the Metzler group. LeasePlan provides car finance and hire services.
