20/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 18 August, the European Commission approved the acquisition of joint control of Volnay B.V. (Netherlands) by 3i Group (United Kingdom) and the number of companies owned by the American H.I.G. Capital. The H.I.G. subsidiaries in question are H.I.G.
