20/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 14 August, the Commission gave the green light to plans to create a joint-venture between Mubadala and United Technologies Corporation (UTC). The former is active in direct principal investments whilst UTC manufactures helicopters, heating and air conditioning systems and similar. The new joint-venture, to be known as the Military Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Company, will be active in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of military fixed and rotary wing aircrafts.
