Brussels, 24/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 15 July, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Taiwan, or Chinese Taipei) officially became a full member of the WTO agreement on public procurement (AGP).
