16/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - There was an error in our article on the position of the EPP Group on page 7 of yesterday's EUROPE bulletin. The Lisbon Treaty provides for election of the president of the European Commission by a majority of the members of the parliamentary assembly (absolute majority) and not, as we said, by qualified majority.
