08/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 8 July, the Commission approve the acquisition of joint control of Voyage Kiev of Ukraine and VKO Moscow of Russia by TUI Travel Holdings (TUI Travel) of the UK and Oscrivia Limited of Cyprus. TUI Travel is a leisure travel company. Oscrivia is a diversified asset holding company. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
