07/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 7 July, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of sole control of pharmexx GmbH of Germany by Celesio AG, also of Germany. Celesio is controlled by Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH of Germany. Celesio and Haniel are active in the sale of pharmaceuticals. Pharmexx provides temporary employment services, project based marketing and sales services and corresponding software solutions to pharmaceutical companies. (O.L./transl.rt)
