Brussels, 18/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - Social law and labour law lawyers from right across Europe have expressed their serious concern at the loss of basic social rights and the impact of recent judgments by the Court of Justice of the European Communities (CJEC) on the rights of workers and their organisations.
