18/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - At the signing of the new agreement on parental leave, UEAPME (craft and small businesses) Secretary General Andrea Benassi highlighted its particular importance for his organisation. “With the signing of this agreement, the UEAPME has been recognised as a fully-fledged European social partner, after 14 years of exclusion from parental leave negotiations.
