PES rules out vote on new president of European Commission in July, calling for “necessary time” in the debate at EP

Brussels, 18/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - European socialists are strongly opposed to the idea of the European Parliament voting in July this year on the highly likely suggestion by the European Council that José Manuel Barroso should continue in his post as president of the new European Commission.
