Strasbourg, 05/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 5 May, during a press conference at the European Parliament plenary session in Strasbourg, the president of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), Graham Watson from the United Kingdom, declared the time of technical agreements (between the PES and EPP: Ed) is over.
