Brussels, 17/04/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Czech Presidency of the EU has invited the Belarus president, Alexander Lukashenko, to the 7 May Eastern Partnership launch summit in Prague, announced the Czech foreign minister, Karel Schwarzenberg, on Friday.
