Backed up by their cross-border cooperation, which both involves public and private bodies, these different regions underline the importance of modulating interventional and involving the different level of the regional and local authorities in cooperation. They also welcome the contribution made by the INTERREG programme. Officials from regional authorities presented their common document, as well as other emblematic cooperation projects in the Upper Rhineland (Biovalley cluster, the EUCOR university network, the Upper Rhineland geographic information system), during an event organised on 30 March by the Regional Bade-Württemberg Representation in Brussels.
