Energy committee calls for unspent funds to be invested in energy efficiency and Smart City projects

Brussels, 31/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament energy committee believes that the European recovery plan, proposed by the European Commission in November and on which the March European Council agreed (see EUROPE 9866), must invest funds unspent by September 2010 in energy efficiency and Smart City projects.
