Brussels, 27/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a historic move in Brussels on 24 March 2009 at the European Economic and Social Committee, the EESC adopted a strategic long-term document on the current political debate and the challenges ahead, 'A Programme for Europe: proposals of civil society'.
