Commission approves three concentrations

Brussels, 27/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 27 March, the European Commission approved the joint venture between Vodaphone Australia Limited (Australia), belonging to the group Vodaphone Group plc (UK) and Hutchinson 3G Australia Ltd (“HWL”, Hong Kong). The new entity will be jointly controlled by Vodaphone and HWL.
