G20 accused of protectionism by World Bank

Brussels, 19/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - A recent report by the European Commission, which obviously left out action and reactions made by the EU (EUROPE 9856), explained that despite the commitment made at the Washington Summit to reject protectionism, the majority of G20 countries have, since November, adopted restrictive measures or measures that have led to distortions in trade.
