Brussels, 18/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 17 March, the Commission approved the proposed concentration by which the undertakings Lagardère SCA (France), through its subsidiary Hachette Filippacchi Press (France) and Sumitomo Corporation (Japan), acquire joint control of the undertaking Hachette FujinGaho (Japan) by way of purchase of shares.
