Government of Republic of Philippines is urged to urgently resume peace talks with MiLF

Strasbourg, 12/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament has expressed its grave concern about the hundreds of thousands of internally displaced people in Mindanao, and calls for everything possible to be done to allow people to return home.
