Loan to build capacity and extend geographical range of mobile telephone network in Colombia

Brussels, 09/03/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) is to contribute €100 million to the funding of the investment plan of Telefónica Móviles Colombia S.A., a subsidiary of the Telefónica group, in Colombia. The contract for this operation was signed by the parties in Madrid on Thursday 5 March.
