27/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control of Li-Tec Vermögensverwaltungs-GmbH (Li-Tec) by car manufacturer Daimler AG and Evonik Industries AG. Evonik, which currently solely owns Li-Tec, is active in the chemical industry, energy and real estate.
