Brussels, 03/02/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Bureau of the European Parliament decide on Monday 2 February to recognise the Eurosceptic Libertas movement as a European political party. Libertas was formed by Irish business man Declan Ganley, who led the “No” campaign in Ireland against the Lisbon Treaty in 2008.
