Brussels, 29/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will be meeting in plenary in Strasbourg from 2-5 February, a week marked by a speech delivered before the House on Wednesday by Mahmoud Abbas, leader of the Palestinian Authority. There will also be several statements from the Council and the Commission, especially on questions relating to market access for non-agricultural products and services in the context of Doha negotiations (Monday), the impact of the latest gas dispute...
