Brussels, 21/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - In its adoption, on Wednesday 21 January, of two communications and a proposed directive, European Commission has started the process which should, by 2013, significantly simplify intra-Community maritime transport, by giving it the same administrative conditions as those currently enjoyed by land transport. This, however, is only the start of the process and measures identified to achieve the objectives are to be phased in between 2010 and 2013....
