Brussels, 15/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - As soon as it was learnt that Israel had shelled the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) for aid to Palestinian refugees in Gaza, causing many injuries and destroying major humanitarian aid stocks, Louis Michel, European Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, said he was “shocked and dismayed”.
