Brussels, 14/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - One month to the day since the former ambassador Robert Fowler, a special envoy of the UN Secretary General to Niger, and his colleague, the former ambassador Louis Gay, disappeared in Niger (near Niamey), there is still no news. Javier Solana, the high representative for the foreign and security policy, has voiced his deepest concern.
