Brussels, 09/01/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 15 January in Strasbourg, the European Parliament will adopt the own-initiative report by Pedro Guerreiro (GUE/NGL, Portugal) on the ecosystem approach to fisheries management. The report, as voted in EP fisheries committee, mainly recommends review of the TAC (total allowable catches) and quota system.
