EIB loan of €1 billion for development of Campania Region - First JEREMIE agreement in Italy is signed

Brussels, 03/12/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 1 December, the European Investment Bank decided to grant a €1 billion loan to the Campania Region. It thus hopes to provide a “decisive contribution” to Campania's regional development plan for 2007-2013. The operation was signed in Naples by EIB Vice-President Dario Scannapieco and the President of the Campania Region, Antonio Bassolino.
