Brussels, 20/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - As they entered the home straight, the informal inter-institutional negotiations on the climate-energy package recorded some progress in Strasbourg on Monday 17 November, beyond the exploratory discussions that cleared the ground (see EUROPE 9782).
