20/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission, on Thursday 20 November, cleared the creation of a joint venture between DP World of Dubai and the shipping companies Conti 7 of Belgium and Rickmers of Germany. The joint venture, called DP World Breakbulk, will take over DP World's former activities in breakbulk terminal services at the Belgian port of Antwerp.
