Brussels, 18/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Tuesday 18 November, the European Commission adopted a communication on the impact of free movement of workers after the enlargement of the European Union. In it, the Commission takes stock of the first phase of the transitional agreement with Bulgaria and Romania and the second phase with the member states of the EU8 (the 10 new EU members; less Cyprus and Malta).
