Brussels, 18/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - Before the vote on Wednesday, during a debate in Strasbourg on Tuesday 18 November, the European Parliament showed itself to be relatively united on the need to be not only realistic but also cautious when it comes to changes to be made to the common agriculture policy (CAP) during its “health check”.
