EU Presidency "calls on Israeli authorities to lift blockade" at Gaza

Brussels, 18/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - France, which currently holds the Presidency of the Council of the EU, is "deeply concerned by the serious humanitarian situation experienced by the civilian population in Gaza" and "calls on the Israeli authorities to lift the blockade of this territory, by reopening the passage points to allow deliveries of fuel and humanitarian products, amongst other things, to resume", the spokesperson for the Foreign Affairs Ministry indicated on Monday 17...
