Brussels, 13/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - According to estimates made public by Eurostat on Wednesday 12 November, seasonally adjusted industrial production fell by 1.6% in the eurozone and by 1.1% in the EU27 in September 2008 compared to August 2008. The production of nondurable consumer goods fell by 0.4% in the eurozone and by 0.5% in the EU27. Energy production fell by 0.8% and 0.2% respectively.
