05/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 4 November, the Ecofin Council adopted a decision to provide the EIB with a Community guarantee in the event of losses from loans and loan guarantees to projects in Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. (O.L./transl.rt)
