Nicolas Sarkozy hopes all European countries adopt an Alzheimer's plan by 2010 and coordinate their research

Paris, 04/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - In Paris, on Friday 31 October, the president of the European Council, Nicolas Sarkozy, delivered the closing speech at a conference devoted to the fight against Alzheimer's disease and related illnesses (see related article). After presenting the French 3-section plan (research, diagnosis, support for the ill), he said combating this disease should be one of the European Union's top priorities.
