04/11/2008 (Agence Europe) - The co-president of the Greens/EFA Group at the European Parliament, Daniel Cohn-Bendit, is currently completing a mission to the Middle East (1-5 November), which took him to Israel (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv) and to the occupied Palestinian territories (Ramallah, Hebron). The aim of the visit was to discuss with Israeli and Palestinian interlocutors to take stock of the state of progress made one year after the Annapolis Conference. (H.B./transl.jl)
