Connie Hedegaard says that in order to remain credible, the EU must keep its own house clean and stick to the climate and energy package targets

Brussels, 10/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - Connie Hedegaard, Denmark's minister for the climate and energy, two key issues in the EU's strategy to combat climate change, addressed the European Parliament's temporary committee on climate change in Brussels on 9 October 2008, a committee chaired by Guido Sacconi (PES, Italy). At the start of the debate, Sacconi said that the Poznan COP 14 conference would be held in Poland in December 2008 and would be a springboard for the final United Nations...
