02/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The president of the Brittany region (France), Jean-Yves Le Drian, launched an appeal on Thursday 2 October, during the general assembly of the Conference of Peripheral Maritime Regions (CPMR) in Bayonne, to regions specifically affected by the third maritime safety package (Erika II).
