Deauville, 02/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - The informal meeting of EU defence ministers opened on Wednesday 1 October with a lunch during which ministers began by discussions with EU High Representative Javier Solana, who has just returned from Tbilissi, on the launching of the civilian observation mission to Georgia.
