01/10/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 1 October, the European Commission gave its blessing to plans to take over CERP Lorraine - Répartition France, which is made up of 14 wholesale distribution agencies for pharmaceutical products in France, by its compatriot and competitor RTB Pharma, which is owned by the German Phoenix Pharmahandel AG & Co.
