29/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Ministers of the European Union, on Monday 29 September, unanimously adopted, without debate, a regulation harmonising procedures and international obligations on fishing authorisations for EU vessels fishing outside Community waters (in particular within the framework of agreements with non-EU states).
