Brussels, 22/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - In Annecy on Sunday 21 September, Agriculture Commissioner Mariann Fischer Boel criticised the suggestion made by a number of capitals (Paris, Helsinki, Luxembourg) that buffer stocks could be created in the EU to guarantee supply of certain basic agricultural foods.
