Martin Schuurmans elected Chairman of EIT Governing Board

Brussels, 19/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - Physics professor and former Executive Vice-President of Philips Research Dutchman Martin Schuurmans was unanimously elected to head the Governing Board of the European Institute of Technology (EIT) at the Board's constituent meeting in Budapest on Monday 15 September (see EUROPE 9740).
