Eleven Member States notify Commission of their desire to postpone opening of their postal markets

Brussels, 05/09/2008 (Agence Europe) - A European Commission official said recently that it has come as no surprise that the eleven Member States that want to postpone for two years, from January 2011 to January 2013, the complete opening of their postal markets (Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia) have notified the European Commission of their intentions, in line with Directive 2008/6/EC completing the...
