31/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - French thinktank EUROFI is organising an international conference in Nice on Thursday 11 and Friday 12 September on industry's priorities for changes in financial services regulation in reaction to the financial crisis and rising oil prices. Speakers include Jean-Claude Trichet, President of the ECB, several European finance minsters like French finance minster Christine Lagarde (who is the acting chair of the ECOFIN Council), EU Economic Affairs Commissioner Joaquín Almunia, EU Internal Market Commissioner Charlie McCreevy and EU Consumer Commissioner Maglena Kuneva.
