Brussels, 31/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 31 July, launched a competition open to all young Europeans to raise their awareness of their rights in the European Union. Children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 18 are invited to design a poster on the right of children to protection in member states.
