Brussels, 14/07/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 July, the European Commission launched a call for tenders for the sum of €3.5 million with a view to the construction of three quality parking areas at the border between Russia and the EU at Vaalimaa (Finland), Narva (Estonia) and Terehova (Latvia).
