26/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Finnish EPP-ED MEP Piia Noora-Kauppi will leave the European Parliament at the end of 2008. A member of the committee on economic and monetary affairs since her arrival at the EP in 1999, she will be the head of the Finnish Financial Services Federation (FK) from the beginning of next year. The FK, which was created in 2007, represents banks, insurance companies and financial institutions in Finland. (A.B./transl.fl)
