26/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Estonian national security police has indicated that the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is actively using opportunities offered by the visa facilitation agreement between Russia and the EU which entered into force in June 2007, according to an article in the Baltic Times which appeared on 19 June. Russian agents are said to use diplomatic passports to enter EU countries and remain for up to 90 days per period of six months without a visa....
